Qualified clients receive a 60-day trial period once their internal compliance process is complete. To ensure efficient evaluation, we require clients to complete their compliance process within 10 business days of registration. Extensions beyond the standard 60-day trial period require a formal evaluation commitment.
Client Compliance Process
We understand institutional clients have internal compliance requirements. Client compliance processes must be completed within 10 business days of registration. Extended compliance timelines must be communicated upfront and may affect trial prioritization.
Trial Process Rules:
- Initial Response: Clients must respond to our onboarding team within 48 hours of initial contact or forfeit their trial position.
- Dedicated Point Person: Clients must designate a primary and secondary contact responsible for trial coordination.
- Progress Updates: Bi-weekly check-ins are mandatory to ensure productive usage of trial data and timely updates on compliance progress.
- Decision Timeline: A go/no-go decision regarding subscription must be provided within 10 business days of trial completion.
TickerTrends reserves the right to terminate trials with extended compliance delays or insufficient engagement. We prioritize clients with streamlined compliance processes who demonstrate serious evaluation intent.
